This pt. from Rewa , M.P. is a high level basketball player but was not able to perform well due to fear of his shoulder coming out , he had suffered shoulder dislocation 5 times during the game. Pt. had to leave the game due to sudden dislocation many time and did required rest for many weeks each time after dislocation .
He was referred to Dr.Dadarya very renowned Shoulder Arthroscopy surgeon at Jabalpur, after clinical evaluation Dr.Dadarya planned for Arthroscopic Bankarts Repair , it is a very advanced procedure in which damaged ligaments are attached back to bone with help of suture anchors.
Surgery was very successful , on very next day of surgery pt started physiotherapy and he was discharged 2 days after surgery.
